Born and raised in the most easterly point in North America, Elizabeth grew up surrounded by the essence of community. Translating that experience, and her hard-working Newfoundlander attitude to “help thy neighbor” in all that she does, Elizabeth takes her 13 years of experience to support and “best” your real estate assets and opportunities.

Elizabeth has worked across the country both as a consultant, as well as for large land/housing development corporations. Being a part of several teams that have injected over 3,000 residential units into the Canadian real estate market, Elizabeth's experience ranges from community planning, to pocket neighbourhoods, to multi-storey mixed us and residential buildings. With a passion for sustainable land and housing development, Elizabeth is certain to provide you with expertise in all phases of your project.
